The 5230 has been designed as a dedicated truck weighing indicator. This allows for faster installation, and simpler operation by virtue of it's custom keypad.
This product is compatible with virtually any type of truck scale, from single deck to axle bridges. It can be pre-set to make weighments by whole vehicle, axle sets or individual axles. It even allows for trucks with retractable axles.
The 5230 is capable of monitoring and reporting on up to 200 parameters, including vehicle ID, destination or material carted. This means that expensive external data-logging printers are not required with this product. An economical "dumb" printer is all that is needed.
Prompting by the semi-alpha display, and dedicated keys, minimise any chance of operator error.
The 5230 has built-in batching software to control bulk loading operations on a weighbridge. This can be done using overhead bin with feeders, a conveyor or a screw auger. Outputs can control both fast and slow feeder rates
